Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a course from HongLab.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for online courses provided by HongLab, Inc.

By purchasing a course, you agree to this Refund Policy.

All refund decisions are subject to verification of purchase and course access records.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the payment date, not the course start date.

Partial refunds are not available.

1. Refund Eligibility Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Each course also has a progress-based refund limit. If the course progress exceeds the applicable limit, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Course-Specific Refund Conditions

Python Programming Fastlane

• Full refund available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and progress has not exceeded Chapter 4
• Refunds are not available after starting Chapter 5

Introduction to Computer Graphics with DirectX 11

• Full refund available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and progress has not exceeded Chapter 2, 4, 9, or 14
• Refunds are not available after starting Chapter 3, 5, 10, or 15

Data Structures

• Full refund available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and progress has not exceeded Chapter 1
• Refunds are not available after starting Chapter 2

Introduction to Algorithms

• Full refund available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and progress has not exceeded Chapter 1 or Chapter 19
• Refunds are not available after starting Chapter 2 or Chapter 20

Introduction to CUDA Programming

• Full refund available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and progress has not exceeded Chapter 1
• Refunds are not available after starting Chapter 2

Real-Time Rendering with Vulkan

• Full refund available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and progress has not exceeded Chapter 1
• Refunds are not available after starting Chapter 2

Gaussian Splatting

• Full refund available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and progress has not exceeded Chapter 1
• Refunds are not available after starting Chapter 2

3. Bundle Purchases

• Bundle purchases are eligible for refund requests only within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds apply only to the entire bundle. Individual courses within a bundle are not eligible for separate refunds.
• Refund requests may be declined if course materials have been downloaded or extensively accessed.

4. Refund Limitations

Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

• The refund request is made after the 7-day refund period
• Course progress exceeds the applicable refund threshold
• The course content has been substantially accessed
• There is abuse of the refund policy or violation of service policies

본 환불 정책은 HongLab, Inc.가 제공하는 온라인 강의 서비스의 환불 기준을 안내합니다.

강의를 구매하는 경우, 본 환불 정책에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

모든 환불 결정은 구매 내역 및 수강 기록 확인을 거쳐 처리됩니다.

환불 기준은 수강 시작일이 아닌 결제일 기준으로 적용됩니다.

부분 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.

1. 환불 가능 기간

환불 요청은 결제 후 7일 이내에 접수되어야 합니다.

다만 각 강의에는 진도 기준이 있으며, 해당 기준을 초과한 경우 환불이 불가능합니다.

2. 강의별 환불 기준

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 챕터 4 이하까지 수강한 경우: 전액 환불 가능
• 챕터 5 이상 수강한 경우: 환불 불가

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 챕터 2, 4, 9, 14 이하까지 수강한 경우: 전액 환불 가능
• 챕터 3, 5, 10, 15 이상 수강한 경우: 환불 불가

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 챕터 1까지 수강한 경우: 전액 환불 가능
• 챕터 2 이상 수강한 경우: 환불 불가

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 챕터 1 또는 챕터 19까지 수강한 경우: 전액 환불 가능
• 챕터 2 또는 챕터 20 이상 수강한 경우: 환불 불가

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 챕터 1까지 수강한 경우: 전액 환불 가능
• 챕터 2 이상 수강한 경우: 환불 불가

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 챕터 1까지 수강한 경우: 전액 환불 가능
• 챕터 2 이상 수강한 경우: 환불 불가

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 챕터 1까지 수강한 경우: 전액 환불 가능
• 챕터 2 이상 수강한 경우: 환불 불가

3. 번들 강의 환불

• 번들 강의 패키지는 구매일 기준 7일 이내에만 환불 신청이 가능합니다.
• 환불은 번들 전체에 대해서만 가능하며, 개별 강의 환불은 불가능합니다.
• 강의 자료 다운로드 또는 과도한 이용이 확인된 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. 환불 제한 사유

다음과 같은 경우 환불이 제한되거나 거절될 수 있습니다.

• 환불 요청이 7일 환불 기간 이후에 접수된 경우
• 강의별 환불 가능 진도 기준을 초과한 경우
• 강의 콘텐츠를 과도하게 이용한 경우
• 환불 정책 악용 또는 서비스 정책 위반이 확인된 경우

환불이 승인되면 3영업일 이내 처리됩니다.
